What is your return policy for used equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days. For safety reasons, tools that have been fueled or used on a job site cannot be returned but are covered under warranty.
Do you provide bulk discounts for contractors?
Absolutely. Licensed contractors can apply for a Pro Account to receive volume-based discounts and tax-exempt purchasing options.
How can I track my order?
