Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our warehouse inspects the tools, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
